Basketball Hall of Fame 2011
The Basketball Hall of fame 2011 enshrinement after party at Mama Iguana’s in Springfield, MA last night was a star studded affair with all the trimmings you would expect.
Grammy winner Brian-Michael Cox was pumping out the tunes in the DJ booth, tequila was flowing, and beautiful women roamed the VIP room with trays of Hennessy Black shots. Charles Barkley and Travis Best held court on the exclusive third floor and football player James Duckett made an appearance. Dennis Rodman was supposed to show up, but rumor had it that he got waylaid at a local strip club the Mardi Gras.
The class act award of the night goes out to Mama Iguana’s owner Claudio Guerra and Travis Best. At around 1;00 am in the morning, Felisha Cortez and her young children were waiting out side hoping that they could get an autograph from one of the stars. Claudio came out and talked with them and then promptly went back inside and found Travis who came out to meet them and sign her sons basketball. Very cool.
