FRANK! …..got the “guided tour” from this Frank on 12/27/07. obviously he was hustling for a buck from some American guys but he was a funny guy and EVERYONE knew this dude. showed us to the local bars we were looking for and turned out to be a good drinking buddy (who isn’t when it’s free…ha ha).he’s got dreds now and you can meet him at the bridge right by downtown. check the left arm for his “Frank” tattoo, tell him Eric and Darren sent ya.
