Toledo

This is the view from the balcony of the Parador Toledo. The capital of the  autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha, it is a spectacular ancient city and the Parador across the river is a destination in and of itself. Toledo is only a few hours drive from Madrid but feels like another world. Here is a link to find out more about the Paradores of Spain and La Mancha. Yes there is a rainbow and it is falling on the cathedral. Go figure.
