On the road to Inverness, on Cape Breton Island in  Nova Scotia, I was driving in the stunning late afternoon light searching for an image. I stopped to shoot this barn, and the horses appeared topping it off. It was a lucky shot, but as my father used to say, “luck favors the prepared”
